About Jay Hirst

I have been successfully selling real estate for Leaders since 1997, and was the proud recipient of a Leaders' "Salesperson of the Year award in 2001."

My interest in the Wellington housing market dates back to when I purchased my first property at the age of 20. Since then I have been keeping busy selling, renovating, and managing properties, and staying in touch with local trends and tastes. My background in the hospitality industry has taught me how to successfully match my services with customers' needs. The same formula applies to real estate - it's as much about the service as it is about the property.

Being based in the Eastern Suburbs gives me great access to the Eastern, Southern, and Inner- City suburbs. I have made a lot of friends in these areas, and have built up a comprehensive customer base, which gives me a steady flow of repeat business and referrals.
